RETURNS
If you don't love the item, then don't worry.
You have 14 days from the day after delivery or collection, to return your item/s for a refund.
Items must be returned unworn and in a saleable condition, with tags in place.
Any damaged or soiled items will not be refunded.
Please include your order note in the package so we know who you are.
Make sure you choose the correct amount of coverage for your parcel and obtain a proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for returns until they are returned safely and in our hands.

A refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return, and you will be responsible for all postage costs.
Items returned after 14 days, will not be refunded and you will be responsible for any postage costs for the item to be returned back to you.
FAULTY ITEMS
Throughout processing, your item/s are checked for quality. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, then please email kate.enoch1969@yahoo.com including your name, order number and details of the fault. We will then liaise the next course of action to rectify the problem.
