ONLINE BOUGHT RETURNS
If you don't love the item/s, then don't worry. You have 14 days from the day of delivery / collection to return your item/s for a refund.
UNWORN GARMENTS
Item/s must be returned unworn and in a saleable condition, with tags still in place. Any damaged or soiled items will not be refunded.
RETURN TIMELINES OR FAULTY GOODS
Please include your order note in the package so we know who you are. Make sure that you choose the correct amount of coverage for the parcel and obtain proof of purchase. We are not responsible for returns until they are safely in our possession. The returns address is :

A refund will be processed via the original payment method and within 7 days of receiving your return. You will be responsible for all postage costs.
Items returns after 14 days, will not be refunded and you will be responsible for any postage costs for the item to be returned back to you.
Throughout processing, your item/s are checked for quality. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, then please email kate.enoch1969@yahoo.com including your name, order number and details of the fault. We will discuss the next course o action to rectify the problem.
